The Annex opens each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening as ASC’s supper room — a more intimate dinner experience built around thoughtful plates, quality ingredients, and the Cellar Collection. Each night carries its own rhythm: Red Sauce Revival on Thursday, Dinner at the Amalfi Coast on Friday, and Steakhouse Supper Club on Saturday. Familiar enough to feel easy, special enough to make the night feel intentional.

Red Sauce Revival is our Thursday evening return to the Italian-American table: warm, familiar, generous, and thoughtfully made.
Rich tomato, whipped ricotta, fennel, meatballs, parmesan, burrata, and slow-simmered comfort set the tone.
It is classic red sauce energy with Annex polish — nostalgic, satisfying, and built for a glass-clinking kind of night.

Dinner at the Amalfi Coast is a Friday evening escape shaped by lemon, olive oil, seafood, herbs, and the easy elegance of the Italian seaside.
Bright first courses lead into coastal plates with summer vegetables, crisp potatoes, roasted tomato, and soft, citrusy finishes.
It is relaxed, sunlit, and quietly luxurious — a little passport stamp for the table.

Steakhouse Supper Club is Saturday night at The Annex — familiar, polished, and built for a proper evening out. Think tableside Caesar, shrimp cocktail, hand-cut ribeye, chicken Marsala, sablefish, classic desserts, and Cellar Collection pairings. It is steakhouse energy with ASC restraint: thoughtful plates, quality ingredients, no need to leave town.
